about

I enjoy making things. It started long ago with my Grandmother. She would always be ready with an arts and crafts project.
During the pandemic, I chose ceramics over sourdough. I began exploring pottery with a friend who jumped into it in a big way, transforming his three-car garage into a dream pottery studio. It was quite meditative and a great creative outlet during those tough times. After having multiple items blow up in the kiln, I decided some education was in order and enrolled in a ceramics course at Cuesta College. Five years later, I still find so much to explore and create.
My inspiration comes from the beauty found in nature. I use wheel-throwing, hand-building, and alternative firings to create my pieces.
I always strive to create unique and meaningful pieces and make great additions to any home. I invite you to join me on this creative journey and explore my work.
